Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable Angolan legislation, namely Law no. 22\/11 of 17 June (Lei da Protec\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados Pessoais, the Personal Data Protection Act) and, as regards electronic communications and information society services, Law no. 23\/11 of 20 June.<\/p>\r\n\r\n        <h2 id=\"s1\"><span class=\"num\">1.<\/span>Data controller<\/h2>\r\n        <p>The controller of personal data is <strong>JOHELMA - Servi\u00e7os, Com\u00e9rcio e Ind\u00fastria, Lda<\/strong>, with registered office at Rua Mortala Mohamed 46, Ilha do Cabo, Luanda, Angola. Tax number: 5401125984.<\/p>\r\n        <p>For any question relating to this policy or to the processing of your data, you may contact us at <a href=\"mailto:geral@johelma.com\">geral@johelma.com<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n        <h2 id=\"s2\"><span class=\"num\">2.<\/span>Data we collect<\/h2>\r\n        <p>We collect only the data necessary for the purposes set out in this policy:<\/p>\r\n        <ul>\r\n          <li><strong>Contact details you provide<\/strong> - through the contact form or by email: name, email address, company (optional), telephone (optional) and the content of your message.<\/li>\r\n          <li><strong>Technical operating data<\/strong> - information collected automatically by the server during your visit, such as the IP address, the type of device and browser and the pages requested. These records serve only to ensure the operation and security of the website.<\/li>\r\n          <li><strong>Usage measurement data<\/strong> - only if you give prior authorisation for analytics cookies do we collect, through Google Analytics, the pages visited, the duration and sequence of the visit, the type of device and browser, the source of the visit and an approximate location. This data does not identify you by name and is not combined with the data you send us through the form. Outside that rule, JOHELMA processes data without consent only in the cases expressly permitted by law, namely where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual steps requested by you, or for compliance with a legal obligation to which the company is subject.<\/p>\r\n        <p>You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.<\/p>\r\n\r\n        <h2 id=\"s4\"><span class=\"num\">4.<\/span>Sharing and processors<\/h2>\r\n        <p>JOHELMA does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. Data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, always subject to confidentiality and security obligations and only to the extent necessary.<\/p>\r\n        <p>The providers involved in the operation of this website are the following:<\/p>\r\n        <ul>\r\n          <li><strong>Amen (Portugal)<\/strong> - hosting of the website and its database.<\/li>\r\n          <li><strong>Brevo (France)<\/strong> - delivery of the email messages generated by the website, namely contact form submissions.<\/li>\r\n          <li><strong>Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC<\/strong> - the Google Analytics service, used only with your prior consent. JOHELMA has accepted Google's Data Processing Terms, which govern this processing relationship.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n        <p><strong>International data transfers:<\/strong> the website is hosted in Portugal and email delivery is carried out from France, so the data collected through this website is processed outside Angola. Portugal and France are European Union Member States, subject to the General Data Protection Regulation, a framework that ensures an adequate level of protection. Usage measurement data is processed by Google on infrastructure that includes servers located outside the European Economic Area, under the Data Processing Terms and the contractual clauses accompanying them.<\/p>\r\n\r\n        <h2 id=\"s5\"><span class=\"num\">5.<\/span>Data retention<\/h2>\r\n        <p>We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for the period required by a legal obligation. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymised.<\/p>\r\n        <p>The record of your choice regarding analytics cookies is kept for 180 days, after which your authorisation will be requested again. As regards usage measurement data, JOHELMA has set the shortest periods available in Google Analytics: event data is retained for 2 months and data associated with the browser identifier for 14 months, after which it is deleted by Google. This website uses two categories of cookies, with different rules.<\/p>\r\n\r\n        <h3>Necessary cookies<\/h3>\r\n        <p>These are essential to the operation of the website and are used without requiring authorisation, as they do not serve to track or identify you. They include the cookie that stores your choice regarding analytics cookies, without which we would have to ask for your authorisation on every page, and technical cookies associated with the session and with contact form submission.<\/p>\r\n\r\n        <h3>Analytics cookies, subject to your consent<\/h3>\r\n        <p>We use <strong>Google Analytics<\/strong> to understand, in aggregate form, how the website is used: which pages are viewed, for how long, from what type of device and from what source. Its purpose is to improve the website, not advertising.<\/p>\r\n        <p><strong>Nothing is collected before you give authorisation.<\/strong> When you arrive at the website for the first time, Google Analytics is disabled and no information is sent. Only after you click <strong>Accept<\/strong> on the notice that appears at the bottom of the screen are analytics cookies created and measurement started. If you click <strong>Decline<\/strong>, or simply ignore the notice and continue browsing, nothing is collected.<\/p>\r\n        <p>The cookies used by Google Analytics identify the browser, not the person. The address is used momentarily to derive an approximate location, at city level, and is not retained.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n        <p><strong>The data you enter in the contact form is not sent to Google Analytics.<\/strong> Your name, email, telephone number and message content are sent by email to JOHELMA and do not pass through the measurement service.<\/p>\r\n\r\n        <h3>How to change your choice<\/h3>\r\n        <p>The <strong>Cookie preferences<\/strong> button, at the bottom of any page, reopens the notice and allows you to change your mind at any time, either to authorise or to withdraw authorisation.
