Manuel<\/p>\r\n        <p class=\"j-role\">Founder and CEO<\/p>\r\n        <p>Jos\u00e9 H. Manuel is the founder and CEO of JOHELMA. He brings more than 28 years of experience in information technology and telecommunications systems, with a career built in the oil industry at Chevron and work in multicultural environments across more than 15 countries &#45; among them Angola, the Republic of the Congo, Germany, France, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the United States and South Africa.<\/p>\r\n        <p>For more than 13 years he led Information Technology at the Chevron Southern Africa Strategic Business Unit, with operations in Angola, the Republic of the Congo and Houston.
